VIETNAM ASSOCIATION OF SECURITIES BUSINESS
The Vietnam Association of Securities Business (VASB) was established with the goal and operational orientation to comprehensively innovate all aspects of work, unite and stand side by side with member organizations; promptly provide suitable adaptive measures, overcome difficulties, resolve obstacles, and call on member organizations to comply with legal regulations and strictly and responsibly implement the directives of the Government and the State Securities Commission, to support the market and investors, maintain stable operations, and contribute to the process of upgrading the stock market.
Introduction
Established on December 17, 2003, after nearly 20 years of operation, the Vietnam Association of Securities Business (VASB) has always performed well its roles, functions, and tasks. At the same time, the association has created favorable conditions for the activities of its members, representing them in many internal and external relations; researched, promulgated, and propagated as well as piloted the application of the Code of Professional Ethics for the Securities Industry, contributing to the strong growth of the Vietnam stock market.

Participating as VASB member brings many practical benefits, acting as an important "bridge" for the development of the company in particular as well as the stock market in general. Currently, VASB is honored to have the participation of nearly 50 leading Securities Companies, Fund Management Companies, and Affiliated Banks in Vietnam.
